Dispensary are under severe pressure due to a change in computer systems please allow 4 full working days for medications. We need 4 'full' days, if you request on a Monday your medications will be ready the following Monday and so on. Please also note the Dispensary at Fressingfield will close from 1pm to 3pm this is to allow the Dispensary to have protected time to get your medications ready.  Thank you for your assistance we really appreciate it.

When We Are Closed

OUT OF HOURS - WEEKENDS AND NIGHTS

clock_in_redThe Practice is closed all weekend and from 6.30pm each weekday evening until 8.00am the next morning - urgent problems and emergencies will be dealt with by the 'Out of Hours' service.

Always ring: 01379 586227 or 01379 384220 to contact the Emergency Doctor or ring 111. Please do not use the Out of Hours Service for routine enquiries such as making appointments, asking for results etc.

Please do not ask to see a doctor out of hours unless you genuinely cannot wait until the surgery re-opens.

Call 999 in an emergency. Chest pains and / or shortness of breath constitute an emergency.

Education and training afternoons: 

The Practice will be closed from 13:00 on the following dates for staff training and professional development. If you require medical assistance during these times, please seek assistance from a local pharmacies, 111 or if required emergency care services.
